Return and refund policy

We ask that you are careful when trying on your order because we will only accept items that :

• Are unused/ unworn
• In the same condition you received them in
• Must have all tags attached & in original packaging
• No makeup /tan/ deodorant marks or stains of any sort 
• No odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell
• We do not accept returns for lingerie, swimwear or jewellery 

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc. the return will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked to be in the exact condition in which they were sent out)
